• 512 Megabytes of RAM memory
• CD Drive
• Removable external drive (floppy, Zip, flash or hard drive) for backup
• 56K modem for transmitting claims
• 5 GB available disk space

Recommended:

• 512 MB RAM memory
• 17" flat panel screen
• Windows XP Professional OS
